2 days old messages not added to data

I have had 100% score for messages along with everything else but it has dropped due to only responding with a refund and then opening a new thread to speak to that customer. It was my first time dealing with a refund so I didn’t have knowledge of having to reply in words on that help with order message thread. It’s unfair that I had responded but still lost my score.

Since that incident I had responded to all my messages in time and the score went back up to 92%. However, the score should have moved up by now after replying to more messages, but for some reason it’s stuck at 92%. These messages that I had replied to are from two days ago and still are not showing up on the data. What hasn’t Etsy refreshed it? I am just a day away from my star seller badge review. Please help asap.

Messages received in the last few days of the month are rolled into the next month.

so for the review on 1st March, you will have messages from last few days of November included, December, January, and up to the last few days of Feb.

It's the way it works.

Also, it takes 19 replied to messages to offset the 1 not replied to.  The numbers move s-l-o-w-l-y until you get to the required amount of 19 + 1.

If a seller doesn't get a lot of messages it takes a great deal of time to get back to 95%.

@Hidayahartprints: Usually a new incoming thread is not included for Star Seller until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay.
