First week as a seller. I was excited to receive a message from “Angela” that she was interested in purchasing an item, but the transaction would not go through. After responding by asking which item, I received a reply that the item has been purchased but my account is frozen and I need to verify my identity through the below link. I did not respond. A little disappointed that I did not make my first sale

Anything less is spam. Sadly, scammers and spammers target new shops. You'll need to mark these as spam and optionally report them to Etsy.

@TheLastBestArt: As pointed out, new shops are often targets of scammers. Take a few minutes to read the provided links and search this forum for other hints.
Incomplete shops (no location, avatar, about, policies, etc) like yours are particularly attractive to scammers. Plus an incomplete shop will suffer in search and in the eyes of a prospective real buyer.
