@JewelryBygones: You did not address if you are using the app or a browser. If the former, have you tried using a browser, even your mobile browser?

This happened to me a few days ago and there was nothing to be done.

I tried the next day - still wouldn't work. 

And the next day - still wouldn't work.

Today, magically it works.

I've gotten that when I've put my internet on offline and forget.

I've also gotten it when my internet is overwhelmed.

I waited 3 days and still can't publish. I even completed a new listing for the item...no luck. The item is a multi-strand pearl necklace.

I loathe the new Etsy listing manager. I can't edit my pictures and keep getting an error message. Why did they have to remove the old one that worked just fine. This new one sucks!

Was the issue resolved for you? I too can't renew or publish new listings now. The error message: Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support. Was able to publish new listing just 2 days ago.
