I use all the same shipping profiles for a year now. I have never had a problem.  Now that esty has the new seller app I have had nothing but problems. I have 6 listings are that missing processing bring my shipping down to 88% so now I don't get my star seller. I went  through all of my listings to make sure that the processing times were there and I even unclicked and reclicked to make sure that they were plugged in. I contacted esty 3 times and all they kept saying was to review my listing to make sure they have processing times. I DID THAT 10 TIMES ALREADY. Now some new listings are showing no processing times. I had to go on my laptop and some showed that there were no processes times but on my cell phone where I listed them the processing was there. I have read on reddit and a form here about a glitch with the processing times. I Google how get help on esty since the 3 Customer service people could not help. I'm not sure what to do at this point.  I think it's unfair that the new app I'm using is messing with my shipping profiles I have had for a year.  Very frustrating to see all of my hard work for a year get flushed down the drain right before Christmas shoppers. All I can do is make sure to not use the seller app and I wish I would have known that before I got dinged 6 times.

As of the moment, we're unable to add custom shipping settings or edit the existing shipping profiles on the new Etsy app. But please know that we're continuing to roll out new features over time. If there are any specific features you’d like to see in future updates, please let us know through our feedback survey. In the meantime, you can check out this help article to see what features we have on our roadmap right now. As a reminder, you can also accomplish any tasks you are unable to do in the app through your mobile or desktop browser.

I've never used the app.  Just the same desktop computer (Chrome, Windows 10).  I've head the app can be glitchy (can't speak from experience or lack of).

Same issue with the app. I use the app to list and them go to the computer and check the profiles. It 100% of the time applies the wrong profile for me. In fact it applies a shipping profile I deleted a while ago.

That's exactly what I'm going to have to do. And i dont even personally own a computer which is why i have to do everything on my phone. Its is nuts because we got hit with higher fees for an app that doesn't work and we get punished for it. I'm just completely beat down by this. No matter who I reach out to for help I don't get any kind of resolution. I started this business and helped me get out of a deep depression. I worked so hard everyday and now I'm getting hit for a glitch. Just hurts my heart and hard to keep up the good work when you get dinged for it.
