Prospective buyer messages going straight to spam

All of my prospective buyer incoming messages are being delivered directly to spam since March 21st. Never quite knowing what's a feature and what's a bug on this platform,  I'm just reporting the issue here instead of emailing back and forth with etsy support.

Good luck with that! This is a seller forum. It is not one where Etsy looks to find our problems. And be careful that these messages aren't really coming from scammers.
