I had to cancel an order this morning because I discovered when I blocked the person prior, that didn't actually prevent them from purchasing again. When I went through the process to cancel, it wouldn't finalize, gave me a red error message with a sad face emoji saying I had to contact Etsy support. I went through the prompts to contact support, only to read my only option was to send an email which would take 2-3 days for a reply, that's what it said. So, I backed out back to my orders page, only to discover the cancelation apparently went through. Very confusing process but it appears the buyer was fully refunded, although the items still show up in my sold listings. I'll wait another day then relist the items. Very strange process just to cancel an order. Why there is no function to block a person from ordering from you is also head scratching....
