I have a 20% off scheduled for today in my shop.  Access to shop from computer shows 20% off sale, phone app shows eligible for free shipping??

Just checked and now no promotion is showing on the app?

Sell on Etsy app still shows eligible for free shipping, I have a 20% off sale set for today not free shipping?

I went into shipping and deleted eligible for free shipping, Just checked the app and eligible for free shipping is gone but my 20% off sale is still not showing up.  Does show up when logged into computer.  A lot of people shop on phone so they won't see I'm having a sale.  Hello Etsy! anyone out there?
