Promo Code Currency

I have a thank you promo code that I send with every order. I just had a customer reach out and say that it only works in EUR when everything I see is USD and I only ship in the US. I tried the code myself and got the same error. "This code only works when using EUR. Make sure you're set to the right currency."

How do I change the currency of the promo code?

Here is an excerpt from Etsy's article:

If the coupon code didn’t work, check:

• That your order meets the requirements of the coupon code. For example, if the coupon code is for 10% off on orders of $25 or more, make sure that you’re spending at least $25.
  
• That the coupon code is not expired. The coupon code’s expiration date is mentioned in the coupon email.
  
• That your currency matches the currency that the offer was issued in. If the offer is for $5 USD off, make sure you’re browsing in USD currency.
  
• That you haven’t already used your offer on a prior order. Right now, Etsy Coupons can only be applied once per user.
  
• Make sure you are signed in to your account. You can create an account if you don’t already have one.

Maybe you could delete the current one which isn't working well and set up a new one.
