Production partner

Hi all,

I just tried to add a new poduction partner under settings, add production Partner" It does not provides the dropdwon list of loactions.

When I type in the info manually and complete all rest of the details,  it does not save the production partner  the and a message appears " Please enter a location" 

It stops me adding the production partner.

Is there a glitch with Etsy we don't know of yet?

I downloaded the Opera browser and IT FINALLY WORKED!! Didn't work on Google or Safari but the Opera was quick and had the pulldowns!!!

I did not have an issue with it earlier this week and it seems that overnight this issue popped up.

It most be because something  happened trigering this issue, and would be keen to understand from an etsy moderator what this issue is.

Lets hope Etsy moderators pick this up as well.

I am having the same issue. And, from the looks of it this is an ongoing issue and has been for some years as I found posts from 2019 sharing the same issue.

Came here to look for a solution because I am also stopped in my tracks from working. I contacted support who are aware of the issue. They added my inquiry to their ticket. They said they'd notify me when it was resolved. I very highly doubt that, but we'll see. I see the info about Opera browser...maybe I'll go there for a solution.

Me he descargado el navegador Opera y desde ahí he solucionado el problema, prueben con otros navegadores.
