You need to finish your shop. Where is your shop located, policies, about page and so on. Read the Etsy handbook for help.

@FairytaledesigStudio: There have been numerous reports in this forum about people having issues with publishing their listings. Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?
