Product Safety Info (GPSR), is not saved once added in the listing module

I wanted to point out that there is a problem with the Product Safety Info to be added in the new listing module.
Once the listing is saved, this info disappears.
I have tried at least 3 times to add again, but with no result

Let me explain better::

On the listing form there is a box to write the Product Safety Info (GPSR), but unfortunately once the listing is saved, the system does not actually save

It's not my personal problem, it's an etsy problem. STOP SENDING PRIVATE MESSAGES!

I Updated all of mine today, just went through my listings again….all the information is showing.

@HaberdasheryProject  A little off-topic, but when I went to one of your listings to see what this new GPSR info looks like in action, I was really impressed by how you've organized all the information in your listing in an attractive and easy-to-read way.  I think it's the headings bookended by cute icons that makes it all look so inviting. 

And this is coming from someone who thinks emojis and icons are way overused.  I'm going to have to adjust my viewpoint now, LOL.

Hmm, I just tried adding details to a few of my listings, it all seems to be saving fine. I am using the desktop site, firefox browser if that is of interest.

When creating or updating a listing, make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to Publish the listing. It's easy to forget.

I have the same problems:

1. Translation Issues in Product Safety Fields
My shop language is set to Dutch, and normally Etsy automatically translates listings when viewed by international buyers. However, the new product safety fields (such as “Manufacturer” and “Product Safety Information”) are not being translated. When I enter Dutch text in these fields, it remains in Dutch, even though the rest of the listing is correctly shown in English. This creates an inconsistent experience and may confuse non-Dutch-speaking customers.

2. "Product Safety Information" Field Not Saving Data
When I enter information in the “Product Safety Information” field and save the listing, the text disappears after saving. Only the “Manufacturer” field retains its content. I’ve tested this issue multiple times across different browsers, but the problem persists.

I have already contacted Etsy and they have indicated they are looking into it.

Exactly, this is exactly what happens, and there is also the problem of translation, in my case, there is only space for Italian.

And what I also hope is that Etsy creates a bulk option. I have hundreds of listings and I have to enter the same information everywhere. And I don't remember what I posted on Etsy after December 13, 2024.

Just like @EtnaLavaRockShop, only the producer information remains visible (this text is not translated by Etsy and there is no option to add a custom translation). Also, the safety information cannot be saved.

I updated 2 listings, it seems to be working now, I'll see in the next few days if everything continues to go well.
There is no possibility to translate, I guess the automatic translation intervenes

I just checked 2 of your listing, red & yellow kitty. They translated into German including GPSR information.

Thanks, I have only updated 2 yet, but they are not the ones you saw. Those 2 have the GPSR information because I had written them in the same module as the descriptions (as etsy said to do)
