Etsy Technical issue.
Hello,
I have never been able to use your Chat with us option. Please do not send a reply about my browser & updating my software. I use Windows 10 & spouse uses Windows 11, both with the most recent update, and it works on neither computer.
I doubt we are the only people with this problem so why don't you offer the email option as well as chat? You used to, and it made explaining a complex problem more effective.
