My Facebook Page has been experiencing quite a few problems lately too. I can't retrieve messages from it at the moment which has become problematic. The sites traffic is dwindling down so I'm not overly concerned. But this does seem to be impacting the quality of customer support. If you can't reach FB via the business hub, you might try sending them a notice about a problem which isn't working? This option is under the users icon bubble on the top right side of the screen in the drop down menu. It says "Give Feedback to Facebook". After clicking this area an option will show up where a problem can be reported. I did this about a recent problem which was resolved.
Facebook is facing fierce competition with their Pages due to TikTok. This might change as many TiK Tok users are widely sharing quick ways of making large profits "like them" for online sales which obviously won't work and isn't truthful. But, this sure has been profitable for these users as large followings on these platforms tend to attract business who pay for sponsorships. Social media is changing again and is likely to keep doing so. While it started out as a great way to connect people and assist smaller businesses, it's now out of control and sadly has manifested into something different. It's really too bad because Facebook used to be my largest selling venue. It still helps out. But nothing like it did.
