Orders showing up on dashboard but no where else

On my stats dashboard I’m showing two orders for today but I have no corresponding orders in my orders, in my payment account, or any emails (no congratulations you made a sale or you made a sale but it hasnt processed yet don’t ship until it does emails) nothing. 

anyone else experiencing this?

There is no information anywhere other than the dashboard. I just got another order that went through just fine and is showing in my payment account transactions, dashboard, and I received the congratulations email for that order. But nothing for the other 2 that are still only showing in my dashboard

is the order that went through for the same amount as the phantom orders?

Different amounts. The two mystery orders for $53.95 and $108.62 none of the oders that processed yesterday were for either of those amounts. The two mystery orders have since disappeared like the never existed.

The first one showed up between 8am and 9am and the second about 20 mins after the first. The first order that actually processed happened about 30 mins after the second mystery order

I had the same thing a couple of days ago--Never got an email since but the money is in my payment account so I assume it is a legit order--and it finally did show up in my orders but nowhere else and I never got a transaction email from Etsy.

I had this happen about a week ago.  I had an order appear just in the dashboard where it shows totals.  And then another one for the same amount appeared.  It was so bizarre because they didn't show in my open orders as processing, and they didn't show as autorenewed (which when something is purchased for real it always does).  I contacted etsy and surprise they were NO help.

Basically what happened was that each order randomly went away but the weirder part was once those went away I got a real order for that amount from a customer that has bought from me a lot.

The only thing I could figure is that somehow they started to process and then never did at all.  It was so strange especially since these apparently came from a repeat customer. I'm thinking maybe they tried to purchase and it messed up and then they tried again and it messed up and then finally it went through. 

Basically I could have probably have gotten more help and better information if I had asked a person randomly walking down the street than I got from etsy chat.

Yes, mine too was from a repeat buyer--that is one reason I assumed it was legit.

yeah it was so weird.  I didn't get how the dollar amount was the only thing appearing and it only showed on the dashboard.

Orders that are in processing always show in the open orders and also as I said since my items autorenew once they are purchased, whether the payment has gone through or not they auto renew.  None of that happened.

Unless somehow the numbers were all to do with the same order and they were just showing up in the dashboard by accident/glitch before the order fully went through and then when the real thing went through it fixed itself?  

Who knows it was weird.

I think you’re right they stared processing but something happened and they just fell off
