Problem with setting up shipping profile
I can't create a new shipping profile or edit existing profile either.
Is someone else having the same issue or is it just my shop with this problem at the moment?

I am having the exact same issue. I tried many things and nothing works. I can't edit my shipping profiles nor create new ones. Did you find what was the issue?

@NomadBoo: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (which one on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser (and version) and operating system)?

@BagmakerSupply I tried on my computer, on different browsers (Chrome and Microsoft Edge), on my phone with the Etsy app. I tried to log out and log it. Restart my computer. Delete cookies. I can't edit, duplicate or even create new shipping profile. I always get the error message "we could not update your profile"

@SimpleTeeForYou and @NomadBoo I had this problem earlier this year and finally saw someone else posted in the forums that they contacted Help with a screen shot and they knew what was wrong, their location was blank. Sounded like they said a piece of code was missing on their end for my shop.
So I went to the chat bubble, on the shop manager page, over on the right and down, asked if they could check it and in 5 minutes they fixed it.
