Problem with new Etsy-API and StarSeller - Orders under 10 Euro without tracking

We switched to Etsy's new API on 10/20/2022 to match order details. All orders that are under 10 euros will be recorded as shipped late, although they were shipped on time. This will cause us to lose the StarSeller even though we meet all metrics. Can you please help us?

We are only other sellers here, we can't do anything.

You need to contact etsy directly

@KuschelICH: For API V3 issues, you should probably use the links on https://developers.etsy.com/documentation/get-help/
