Gift message on invoice showing price?

I haven't had a gift in awhile but I know they'll be getting more and more common now that holiday  shopping is starting.  I have one today and I went to print the gift receipt but it just gives me a full invoice with a gift message on it rather than an invoice with no price and the message.  Is this a new change that I missed or a bug?

The receipt is for you.  You need to print the packing slip.

Yes this is what happens when I go to print the packaging slips, it's not two pages anymore.

I had one last week and when I printed the packing slip it had the prices and the gift message both on it.  \

I just did a gift/packing slip a few days ago.  Not sure if it's different from what you are seeing and printing because I only print the first page when I'm doing gifts.  Haven't looked at the second page in a long time because I hate wasting paper.

Anyway, There's dotted .......................................... line just above the "Gift Message" where you can cut it off from the rest of the sheet, which is what I do.

yes I've seen that before but the second page wasn't there this time, only the top invoice

I'll have to take a look the next time I get a gift request.... yet another change that I somehow missed.

@RibbonsEdge from the order page, 3 dots, choose Print, a box pops up where you can expand and choose to print both sheets. Sometimes this option gets unchecked for some reason and prints only one (first) sheet.

Just did another "Gift Request" and you're right, it has changed.  There are still 2 pages but the first one is like an invoice, not a packing list, because it has all of the costs listed on it.  The 2nd page is now the gift card.

When you print there is an option to print "custom pages"  select that and enter 2 (for page 2) That way you only need to print the gift card.
