Problem with bank verification

Hello, I have ran into troubles when trying to verify my bank account.

I have another shop that was started 2 years ago with a lot of sales and that was no problem verifying with the same bank account.

Now the problem…

I first clicked the verify account and the first time I did not receive the small deposit I was waiting for, so I did the verification again, got the small deposit but had no place to enter it on Etsy, did the process again and the same thing occurred, no place to enter the amount.

i started the process now once again, and was asked to provide a bank document that should provide info about bic/iban, name, account number etc.

I fix the most extensive document I can get my hands on through my bank that show all of this information, but it is getting denied by Etsy and I’m just getting this info:

The document you've uploaded is not acceptable. Please note below what is considered an acceptable documents:

  • Deposit / Withdrawal Slip /Void Cheque supported with a Bank Letter
  • Photo of physical Bank Statement
  • PDF (electronic copy) of Bank Statement
  • Official Bank Passbook
  • IBAN proof Document

This document must show the full name on account, account number/IBAN, bank code/branch code/SWIFT, address and it must be dated within the last 6 months.

The only info that the extensive document does not show is address as far as I can understand, but the problem is that I cannot find a document that has all of this information combined… and I cannot upload multiple files either. So what to do? Because I already have 3 sales and I want to start growing my shop without the worry of Etsy not releasing my money?

Re: Problem with bank verification

The document you upload needs all the information in one place. If the bank statement does not show this information then combine your banking documents into 1 pdf file.

Most designs programs or office programs can be used for this or If you download the Microsoft Lens app on your phone, you can take multiple images and save them as 1 pdf File.
