Problem with Identity Verification - Etsy Shop in vacation mode

I've been running an Etsy store for four years. I make consistent monthly sales, pay my invoices on time and have a good track record as a star seller. My store has more than 500 reviews and more than 3000 sales. As Etsy Payments was not yet available in my country, I used Paypal as a payment method.

When Etsy Payments was released in my country, I signed up and opened a Payoneer account. I sent my civil identification document, as Etsy requested. However, they were unable to validate my identity, and my store is currently in vacation mode. Since then, I've been trying to solve this problem for days, resending the documents and trying to contact support, to no avail.

I have already sent the documents more than eight times. I reply to emails from Trust & Safety, but I never get any satisfactory help. They just reply that they haven't been able to validate it, and I'm not getting the support I need to solve this problem.

The documents Etsy say are valid are: ID card, driver's license or passport. I don't have a driver's license or passport, but I do have an ID card, like every Brazilian citizen. It's an original, official document, with all the data they need (full name, date of birth, expiry date), it's a recent document, as I renewed it less than a year ago, and it's perfectly valid and accepted in my country. Why wouldn't it be accepted to validate my identity on Etsy?

I've also uploaded a selfie of me holding my ID card, to prove that I'm a real tax-paying person. I sent photos of the document in the old version, in the new version, I sent the scanned document, in high quality. And nothing is working.

Please, can somebody help me? Is anyone having problems like this too? Is there a more efficient way to get in touch with support? I've already opened a request, but they just won't answer.
