Problem printing shipping label

I am completing an order and I keep getting this message, "You just purchased 0 labels. 1 label failed to purchase."  All information is correct and I need to ship this package tomorrow (Saturday). I have printed etsy shipping labels out for years with very few problems.  Thanks so much!

Try Pirate Ship. It's free to sign up. It will sync with Etsy if you want it to. I usually just copy & paste the shipping address into Pirate Ship without involving Etsy. You can pay with a debit or credit card.
