There's been 3 days I'm experiencing problem with the app. When I click on the order it shows "There was a problem loading this order. Try again" Is this a new bug and when it will be fixed?

The sellers app is buggy. Sometimes uninstalling and re-installing fixes things.
This is not in regard to your question, but you need to put it in. You need to put what country you are selling from. All you have is "Europe".
There was issues with App not opening but they put thru a fix early this morning. Didn’t work for me till I turned my phone off and on.
