Account suspension, unable to access account and unable to contact Etsy at all

My girlfriend's Etsy shop was permanently suspended, and her appeal was rejected. She can't access her account with over 300 sales and funds in it. Despite trying to contact Etsy for support, she only receives automated responses. She's not seeking reinstatement, just a way to contact support and retrieve her funds. What steps can she take to resolve this issue?

I believe they will not release her funds for at least 180 days.

since the shop you are writing from.

has over 1000 sales and is shut down permanently.

you must be talking about another shop with only 300 sales.

if it was shut down for legal reasons.

etsy will not discuss it with her.

and as @audreytherese stated.

they can hold the funds for up to 180 days.

and refund customers.

even if the items have been shipped.

If a shop is shut by etsy, Etsy will hold onto funds for 180 days, so they can refund anyone who asks for one.

After that time, the remainder of the funds will be transferred to the bank account linked at the time, so make sure they keep that bank account open.

Once you fail appeal, etsy will not discuss anything with the shop owner, unless they take them to court
