Problem about IBAN

Hello.

I have a problem about my bank informations. 

This is the message :

"The IBAN parameter does not match the expected format."

The informations are okay for my country (France). Can you help me to resolve the problem please ?

The IBAN is the very long number made up of numbers and letters.  It is always best to copy and paste the number as a lower case "l" looks like the number 1 and an upper case "O" looks like a zero. 

The other number SWIFT/BIC is the shorter number of about 9 digits.
