Problème top sellers

Bonjour,

Je pense qu'il y a eu une erreur car ayant rempli tous les critères, je n'ai malheureusement pas le badge "top sellers" alors que les suivis d'expédition ont tous été réalisé.

Pouvez-vous revérifier pour que je puisse obtenir le fameux badge.

The assigning of Star Sellers badges are automatic.

We are only other sellers in the Forum - NOT Etsy employees - so we can't do anything for you.

Etsy has explicitly said that they will NOT adjust the Star Seller badge.

Look into your Star Seller metrics for the last period and see what you missed.  Looking at your shop, you are missing the Messaging badge.

Also, be aware that Etsy can permanently ban you from getting the Star Seller badge for breaking their Terms of Use.
