Nope. And your reply looks very unprofessional. He's cranky because he waited five weeks and then got the wrong colors. Ship happens. Let it go.
I'm not sure I'd complain to Etsy given your potential trademark issues. Do you have the ok from Taco Bell and Pepsi to sell products with their logo?

Etsy will not likely remove the review as it does not violate rules. Reporting the review may bring attention to the shop. This may be problematic if the logos are being used without consent of the owners. The review is understandable given the circumstances. Unfortunately the response sounds very personal and angry rather than professional. This will hold more weight than the review itself.
