Cela fait 3 fois environ que je reçois les « Etsy messages » de clients directement sur mon email privé et ils n’apparaissent pas du tout sur mon compte Etsy. C’est à dire que les clients en cliquant sur « Message Véronique » m’envoient un message directement sur mon email personnel et absolument pas sur Etsy. Quand je vais sur mon compte et dans mes messages, il n’y a aucune trace d’échange. Comment est ce possible? Merci pour votre aide!
@pixelmarket Once someone purchases from you, they have your direct email, and you have theirs. I believe it's in the transaction email their receive from Etsy.
When this happens, I will message my reply back through Etsy messages - maybe even copy/paste their original emailed message - and tell them I must keep all communication on Etsy, for their security/ protection as well as my own (so there is a record, in case of any future dispute)
* I just checked a recent transaction email from something I purchased, and I am not seeing the Seller's email there any more. I still see it at the very bottom of f my receipt in my Purchases and Reviews -

When I ask the customers how they get my email they say that they have clicked the Etsy message button, not that they have used my email on their receipt… This is why I am asking. I generally get all the messages on my account, not on my private email. And it is annoying that the conversation does not appear on my Etsy account. Might be an issue? I am wondering.
Buyers get your email when they make a purchase, just like you get theirs.
