Private Notes not appearing

Just putting it out there.

I had a customer contact me about adjusting his address. I made a note about this update in the private notes section. 

However when I went to process the order a few days later there was no note. Nothing to indicate that I needed to pay attention to this order. I clicked on private notes and nothing appeared. I had to go back to my message inbox to find the info I needed.

Just putting this out there for other sellers to be aware of heading into the holidays and maybe someone from Etsy will pick up on this as well and fix it.

Hi, Are you by chance using the App? I've not used it, but it can be glitchy. If you are, you could try a browser instead.  I always use a desktop computer. And I enter Private Notes on my Orders.  I just checked to make sure they didn't disappear, and they are still visible.

hmm, that could be it. I use both the app and my computer. But I check the app frequently for messages since Etsy rates us on response times.

@InTheMarginsStudio: "I made a note about this update in the private notes section" Did you make the note from the Messages page? These will not appear on an order - the private notes on orders are for that order only.

i opened the order page and entered in the note from there
