Private Listing can't open

I created a private listing the other day and my customer indicates she can not view it. I tried sending the direct link to it, but she says she only sees the picture and how much - no details.....

I’m having the same problem, contacted Etsy but they haven’t got back to me. Customer has purchased another piece of work which I was going to post with the custom order. It’s just delaying everything. Why do they make it so hard!
