Printing process loses order, printing says it never got to provider. I reordered, I checked again on order, one colour was out of stock, I was not notified. Now ....15 days still nothing shipped. They can not say if it will go out today.....by the time my client gets the shirts it will be close to 20 days. Would you refund order? does Etsy? or printing refund it? It's only going 40 km approx. in Canada! I can't imagine if it was going to Germany or something.

Re: Printing screwup
I would apologise to your customer and ask them what they would like you to do. You could give them the option to cancel and get refunded in full or wait for the printing company to get their act together (maybe not in those words)
If they choose to cancel and refund, contact the printing company and cancel the order.
Then find a different more reliable printing company

Re: Printing screwup
No matter what you do with this order--I like @CryzalisMasksUK suggestions---I would be looking for a different production partner for future sales!

Re: Printing screwup
it was printify, I used print geek since I opened my shop...something is up for sure, had another issue the order prior too....sign to drop them...I checked their reviews and sure enough something is up, thinking they may have sold shop to another, they were one of the best here in Canada
How the heck do I change all my listings now? is there an easy way?

Re: Printing screwup
I don't do pod,
But from what I understand, you have to link each listing to a print provider,
if you edit the print provider, in the production partners management section, would that do it?
It might be worth opening another thread with a specific heading about easily changing print providers.

Re: Printing screwup
doesn't sound like much of a partner
I'd cancel and refund my customer
I'd cancel my order with the printing business and get a refund ... if not from them via my credit card provider
