Hello Guys
I just made my first sale on etsy and used the label printer to print a label. I have a 6 x 4 beepert label printer.
What a nightmare!
The label open on an A4 sheet and is simply impossible to line up to fit a 6x 4 label printer. I managed to make it 75% of its original size to get it on the label, but who knows whether RM will accept or it will get to its location.
Anyone else had this problem and know a fix or if I'm doing something wrong?
Thanks
Ian
settings - delivery settings - 4th tab at the top "postage label options" - select to print 4x6 for label printers.

Yes that worked a treat.
You are a star. Saved me so much time trying to work that out.

Landed on this as i'm trying to do the same but there is no option to select label printer, any idea?
@CappuccinoLace Looks like the shop was suspended after first sale. There's nothing worse than getting excited about a first sale followed by a suspension.
@SugarTaffySoap Yes, new shops now have to enter and verify bank account info after their first sale, so they are put into vacation mode by etsy while they do this.
