Printify integration

I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to get Printify to integrate properly with Etsy. It has been confirmed by Printify that my store is connected however it isn't showing up in the manage integrations page. I have verified my Etsy and Printify  account and email and all the banking bits are done as well as on Printify.

I have manually set up my shipping as per Printify.

I can't seem put in a ticket with Etsy because there seems to be a problem with the helpline as well

Are you trying to do this on an Etsy app or via a browser? Currently there is no helpline as such, you need to go through the Contact Etsy maze and keep selecting "I Still Need Help" (or equivalent) including in any eMails you might receive.

Hi @RougeLongere  I am having the same issue and wondering If you have managed to resolve it?

I have had multiple emails with Prinitfy and Etsy and they both say its the other providers issue so its very frustrating. Printify told me also that my account is connected to my Etsy but I have tried multiple things such as disconnecting/re-connecting and it still doesn't show in the integrations page.

Me too.  Very frustrating.  I didn't want to open a new account with another company but may have to for backup.  But reading info on Printify to try figure this out, it said if you have changed your password in Etsy that could be a cause, and I have changed mine so gonna give it another try but came across this and wanted to put my 2 words in.   Also, I am a new seller to Etsy and this makes it very difficult to get anything published.

If you're talking about the Integrations page on your Etsy shop dashboard, y'all are looking in the wrong place and not understanding how Etsy defines "integrations." By Etsy's definition, neither Printify nor Printful (which we use) are considered integration partners, so they don't show up on that page. That seems to apply to third-party services that help you promote and handle accounting and analytics, not print-on-demand providers.

The acid test is, does it show up in your Printify account? Printful has a complete listing of all our items that they handle for us, and we adjust the connection between Etsy and Printful through their site, not Etsy.

RamenSandwich, I use both Printful & Printify and only Printful appears on my Etsy Integration page. That seems to be at odds with what you are saying?? 

Eve more weird is that when I'm in Printful, Etsy does not show as a store and when I try and connect to Etsy from within Printful I get a message saying I can't because it's already connected. Zdoing my head in!

Hi, did you ever figure out how to connect your Printify account to your Etsy shop?

If not, here's what I did when I had the same problem:

1. I had to disconnect and then reconnect my Etsy shop via my Prinitfy account.

2. On Etsy, I had to add Printify as a Production Partner under Settings - Production Partners.

Also, here's a helpful article, if you need any additional info. Hope this helps you if you still need help or someone else who stumbles across this thread with the same issue!

Everyone! This worked for me. very simple and to the point. Add Printify and a Production partner and then disconnect and then reconnect your Etsy Shop. All is connected. Thank you SO MUCH!

Was anyone able to resolve this issue? I had something extremely weird happen to me with printify and Etsy. I had everything set up. My printify was connected to my Etsy shop. I was in the process of making printify drafts to post a handful at once. I had almost 100 printify drafts and it kicked me out mid-mock up. I tried to sign back in and it said incorrect password. I tried again and it then said invalid email. I somehow managed to get back into my printify account and every single draft I had made was GONE. Now, I cannot connect my printify to my Etsy at all. When I try to do it, printify says my printify is already connected to an Etsy store under a different name. I can assure you.. it is NOT. Any ideas? I have contacted both ends and there seems to be no solution, thus far.

Well, mine happened to be a big brain fart on my end. I apparently had a single letter missing from the email I signed up with. I’m a mess lol. I got it sorted out by signing in with the email that was spelled wrong, disconnecting my Etsy shop from that one. Then signing in with the correct email and syncing from there. But NO ONE at printify could solve this for a good while. Finally a printify angel pointed it out and I felt like a dingle berry.

I am completely unable to connect Printify to my Etsy store and repeatedly get an error message saying I have another store connected! I have tried everything possible - Printify has not responded despite multiple emails, and Etsy says there is no issue at their end, my store is up and running. Would be grateful for any suggestions with this most frustrating matter

I am trying to connect my Printify store to my Etsy store.  but when I go to "Manage Stores" in Printify, there is no green "connect" button next to my existing store, so I can't connect it to Etsy.  if I create a new store, the green connect button is shown.  any ideas why my existing Printify PopUp storefront does not have the connect button?

I am having the same issues. It is saying, “Your Printify store is already connected to an Etsy store via different store name.” And that’s not true I have not connected anything as of yet. And I have tried disconnecting like it says on the message but that does not work and it’s not letting me delete the store I already have connected. I do not know what to do.

I had to go to Manage my store, settings, Disconnect.  Log out.  Log back in.  It came back.  Reconnected.
