Hi All. I have signed up to Printful and managed to put a few items into my store last week. Logged in again today to work on further products and it's saying I have no store connected, so went through the connecting Etsy process and then it says that this Etsy store is already connected to another account. I've tried contacting Printful, but no response so far. Their chat option isn't working, so I've had to email. Anyone else come across this problem?

I've never used Printful. But from what I've read on this forums they seem to be responsive. It may assist to contact them during their working hours if this hasn't been done yet.
It may be that your store is already connected to Printful and they have an account set up for you and then you tried again and got the message that there was already another account. Perhaps it takes a while for an account to become active. I would try to contact them during regular business hours to see what the issue is.
I have the same issue. I might have well have signed up to Printful a few years ago with an account that I no longer know of. So I go into 'Integrations > Manage' and disconnect the Printful app from my Etsy account. I then go and try to connect it, and I get the same error as stated. Is there a way around this?

We are facing that same issue. We have disconnected printful from etsy on etsy but can't seem to find the phantom connection on prinful's side.
