This is a scam, you do not show a sale in your dashboard, so there is no sale.  This person is trying to get you email so they can send you some email messages pretending to be Etsy so that you will give them your banking information.  Do not respond, just move the message to spam, Etsy will remove their account.

This is a scam. Don’t respond or provide any personal or financial information. Send it to spam.
