Today I added new listings, sold several items and oh surprise when I checked the orders all of them where sold BELOW the price I set them originally, like if it is a ghost sale or a bug in the system.
A Brass collectible that was set at $80 in my listing changed to $23 -and sold at $23.
A pair of earrings set at $180 sold at $161 and so on.
Had anybody the same issue? I'm waiting for the technical support to contact me, I had been at Etsy probably 10 years and by sure know the prices I add to items and how to set a listing, so it is on this end. A bug? Technical issue?
Maybe this is the "fix" for those of us who haven't been able to edit prices? Just kidding ... I hope!
Maybe is a mandatory sale, hehehe.
Imagine my surprise when I added an item at $80 Today, sold and when I will check to print a label see that sold for $23. Same happened with the other sales of the day. They weirdest thing is that the prices even changed In the Listing after sold, like if the issue is somewhere in between te listing and the sale.
Hopefully Etsy will be able to find out what happened and fix it.
Customer service? Ha, was trying to explain me how to add prices to a listing. I'd been here for close to 10 years.
The good news is that you are free to cancel any orders which you don't want to sell for the wrong "adjusted" price.
Yeah, I guess, wow, when they "improve" we pay for it. SMH
