Hi all
I have four different prices set for each listing for global shipping and gift wrapping. But every time the listing renews the two global variation prices change. Is this a know glitch? Is there a way I can stop it from happening?
This is a known glitch that appears to have started last fall if you do a deep dive in the forums and is related to the new listing form. It has been affecting my shop for several months and Etsy has not helped me despite contacting them many times. I have been keeping track of sudden pricing changes in my shop, that is, do they happen after item renewal or after a sale, etc.? Nope, they are random and there is no fix. If I correct all of the listing prices every day as Etsy suggested, they can still show as incorrect when shoppers make a purchase. I am in Canada, but most of my sales in from the US. The vast majority of those invoices are incorrect and I have to issue small refunds every day. My books are a mess. Good luck not stressing about this issue!

I only see 2 variation prices in each listing - one with gift wrapping and one without.

Thank you, and oh man that is so annoying! I hope they fix it soon.
Same. And no admission that it is from their end-CS always suggests that it's me, so I have to keep an eye out for price changes, usually to overseas pricing after manual renewal. Difficult with 2,500 listings.
Issue still live January 2025!
Here is the recent thread with link to the older threads:
And importantly, the most recent comment in that thread from @StudioSixtySix
Not a fix, but I've been suffering this issue for months and it's been driving me nuts. Yesterday yet another order got placed at my domestic price (I'm in the UK) but from a buyer in the USA. I had a hissy fit and contacted Etsy support this morning and reported every single order over the last year where this has happened. To my complete surprise, Etsy agreed to refund me all the money I had lost, even on historic orders, which they credited to my account within 10 minutes. So ask for a refund, if we all keep bugging them with refund requests, maybe they'll fix the problem!!!
