I have an order that still says pre transit on etsy but the usps website says it was delivered. Will this affect my star seller status? Is there anything I can do to get it to the delivered status?
Thank you for the input. I wasn't aware of the chat service as I've had no issues until this one but I did contact etsy through the chat service and they fixed it for me right away.

Contact Etsy support. I did and they fixed it.
You can contact Etsy. I had this happen but it was past the timeframe of getting status changed. I think you have just a few days.

@AmysNiftyKnacks If you request a phone call, Etsy Support can fix them. I just got 2 fixed. Do not use Chat. They will only tell you that they are working on it. Chat cannot fix them.
Neither of mine affected my Star Seller rating, but I've seen other sellers report that it did. My "oldest" one was delivered on March 2nd, the other more recently.
Do you have the phone number by chance? I try to look through the options and it just said email us. There’s no chat or phone options
@AmysNiftyKnacks A community specialist posted yesterday that the shipping team is looking into it and she will update the post once she hears back from them. It hasn't affected my star seller status as of today. Some of my "pre-transit" have moved to "in-transit" but ones from March 1 through March 3rd are still "pre-transit".
I have five from that time frame still saying pre and it did absolutely affect my shipping numbers.
though, they were all moving and delivered. I also had five leave and instead of it updating to higher it actually lowered. I don't think this is fixable. It has been going on since the end of last month and it definitely took my badge away starting then for March. What is important is that the clients received their items, but now I have had customers concerned about my shipping time. I hope they can somehow alter this problem and update settings to reflect what is correct. I now only have a (rave review badge). lol

I used chat today and they fixed three of mine, you just have to send them the order numbers and have your bank/card/tax info available so they can confirm it’s you before they go change them.
I thought that was odd. We are logged into our accounts when asking for this. It is bout tracking that they easily can check (and should actually) themselves to see that it was delivered and stuck in pre transit.
It has nothing to do with money but an issue on their side, and they need that information? That is plain odd.
I did NOT appreciate all of the verification questions from chat. Maybe they are going overboard since some of the past complaints?

Yeah, chat help was pleasant but didn't fix anything. The three orders that I have which remain in "pre-transit" status have all been delivered.

they asked me too. I thought it was odd.
Just the last 4 of everything but still.
It was fixing tracking so why do they need that when we are logged in??
Yes, last 4 digits of each thing, for verification. Yes, it was weird, but who knows maybe they also have to put that into their system to get access to your shop.
@SimplyInvitingLLC perhaps but they don't always ask for that. Maybe it depends on the different areas of the shop.
I used chat to get mine fixed and yes, it affects SS.
The problem is that Etsy needs to fix this Etsy glitch. We don't have time to check this all the time and have to go on chat to get it fixed every day.
They dont' seem to realize Etsy is the problem. The orders are updated everywhere except on Etsy.
