My shop has been set on vacation mode by Etsy. I have submitted my identification for review multiple times but still no response from Etsy. I even create a customer support ticket with no response. I need assistance urgently, my shop is losing sales this holiday season.

Re: My shop set on vacation mode ID verification
Sorry-- this is a seller run forum.. only Etsy can help you with this. I would say do not start a new help ticket and just keep responding to the one you have that you need more help-- if you start another ticket-- it destroys the one you do have open and puts your new one at the bottom of the pile. It might take weeks to get back to you ( just from what I read in the forums).
If you have another venue to sell on- maybe better to also sell there too so you don't lose too many sales.

Re: My shop set on vacation mode ID verification
Here are the most common issues with verification delays:
- If you are using a VPN or adblocker - turn them both off when changing core data. Etsy harvests ID metrics from your system/connection.
- Etsy doesn't like online financial institutions like Wise or Revolut and some credit unions. It needs to be a mainstream bank account.
- The name has to match on every account/credential/data you provide. Etsy uses everything as proof of ID
- If you are using an EIN or similar - try your SSN instead. Etsy doesn't really care about business entities - they want to nail down a personal identity.
- Credit/debit cards can't be "virtual" or "pay as you go". The card should also have AVS (address verification system).
With laws changing around the world to combat money laundering and tax evasion, Etsy must work with a third party verification partner (Etsy uses Adyen and Plaid). Under the US INFORM Act they can be fined US$50,000 for each unverified seller account.
If it's none of these issues, sorry, but you'll have to wait until Etsy CS gets back to you.
