My Star Sellar status is being decimated because of an Etsy issue and it's not fair. I am having to send proof and my money is being held because you admit you have an issue with your system but I am being penalized for this. I have emailed at least 5 times and it's starting to get annoying. My status is showing 3 orders shipped late or not received and that's absolutely not true and I need help and this to be fixed in my store.
I’m having the same exact issue and the customer service is no help! They keep replying with the same generic response and leaving the chat.

Yes, this is what I did also. But I am wondering if chat is available if you're not a star seller?
I contacted Etsy chat and supplied them with the order number, tracking number, and a link to the USPS web site showing it delivered and they fixed my issue (on 3 orders). It took three days but they did fix it for me. Chat told me I would be contacted by email when the issue was resolved (that never happened) but when I followed up it was fixed. Now all I need to know is where to send the bill to Etsy for the labor to do their job.
