Can't buy shipping labels... Is anyone else having this problem right now?

Does this meant he engineers will fix sellers not being counted as late shipping? I reported a frozen order last night since it was late today. But Etsy does not fix it so we are not dinged in that childish Star Seller Program. They cause problems and we always pay.

Hi -

When is this issue going to be fixed? I just spoke to 2 Etsy support people who could not figure out the problem. I said that I saw a thread about this and they were totally unaware. (???). You wrote this note 9 hours ago and it is still happening. I have to send another item to a customer that I just shipped to today but am unable to generate a second label. The "buy shipping label" button does not work. Nothing happens when pressed. Please advise asap.

I can always purchase labels on Pirateship.com - I've never had this problem there, but if I did, I could get in touch with a real person within a couple minutes who could solve my problem.

I can get it to work by closing window and starting over. Can’t keep working from same window. It’s a pain but at least it works (after a couple tries).

If you have your sales sorted in a different folder other than "NEW" try moving them back to new before purchasing the label. That worked for me.

@Antiquephotoarchive thank you so much.  I didn't have it in the "New" folder but another folder I have named approved.  I moved it out of that folder into another folder and it worked.

I had the same problem yesterday and wondered if it was a network or printer problem on my end. Hope it gets fixed soon!

I’m still having the issue but I’ve been able to work around it by selecting the orders I want to get the labels for, clicking the shipping button, and then refreshing the page. Once the page refreshes, it opens the “purchase labels” page automatically. Hope that makes sense, and hope it helps!

Refreshing doesn't work for me. But when I click to my completed orders, I am free to  purchase new shipping labels.

I just can't purchase shipping labels for my new order. The shipping button is greyed out and the message is "Currently unable to purchase postage labels for this address" 

Do you also get this message?
