it's the nightmare before the strikes - ~I'd take them to the post office and buy there, delays today will be disastrous

Same problem here, it's completely stuck on 'preparing label for printing'. Glad it's not just me experiencing this though!

Is it an issue with Etsy or an issue with Royal Mail?

It's happens from time to time on here. Hopefully be sorted soon. If not soon I'll purchase via click and drop.

A great way to lose star seller just before the review date, I have 11 orders to process and if i cant use the ETSY shipping then it goes against the score.... lets hope its back on soon.

click and drop is working,

etsy recognises the qr number, even if you don't send tracked, - 
..... you can even click on the QR number, and it will show when t's delivered

but with all the strikes at the moment, I have changed to tracked 24, otherwise star seller will be the least of our worries
