Digital Items - Ruining Star Seller Badge

I am having issues with becoming a Star Seller because of my digital items. I have 6 orders without tracking due to them being digital items. I have people send me their info and I send back a JPG of a finished product. I update the shipping for it to say digital item. The badge for Star Seller isn't recognizing that those 6 orders are digital and it's just marking them with no tracking.

How do I fix this?

If you’re digital products as physical, you’re out of luck. Use the made-to-order digital listing type instead.

Mark "other" as the method of shipping and write "digital order" in the tracking box

@RebeccaDesigns22   Etsy has informed us that doing so could have consequences.  Etsy only wants valid tracking numbers in the box.

Digital items can never have tracking.

@PrimFun this was the solution Etsy offered when they started with the star seller badge. Digital made to order items don't have variations and when you have over 1000, changing them one by one is a really slow task. Could you send the link where Etsy informed this?
