I can't delete, save or create a new preset. Anyone else having this issue? I've cleared my cache/cookies, used 2 different devices and nothing happens when I try to delete an existing preset or create a new one.
Hello! Has anyone's gotten theirs fixed? I accidentally deleted a preset and now when I try to add it back, it says, "Failed to save label preset" *cries*
Nevermind! I figured it out. Turns out I was trying to save a preset that didn't correspond to the appropriate description of packaging. Yikes lol Changed it and edited dimensions and it worked.
Here is how to save a new label preset: it can be done when filling out a shipping label for an order by putting in the size and weight of the package size that you want to use. Then scroll down to select "save as new label preset" and save. That's the only way it works.
Just so you know, going into shop manager settings - shipping settings - shipping label options - default label presets will only allow you to delete saved label presets, not create new ones.
Omg! Thank you so much for posting this! I've been on and off searching for a resolution for the preset label for months with no luck. I was just able to add a couple new presets. So thankful for your comment! ♥
I've been unable to save a new label preset for many months. Is it permanently broken? I create a new label, add weight and dimensions and select USPS service. Click "save as label preset" and ALWAYS get "Failed to save label preset." I can understand taking some time to fix a glitch, but nearly a year!!
I have built and used presets for years. But in the last year or so, I get this message EVERY time I try to save a new one. "Failed to save label preset"
