Postage Presets broken?

I can't delete, save or create a new preset. Anyone else having this issue? I've cleared my cache/cookies, used 2 different devices and nothing happens when I try to delete an existing preset or create a new one.

I have had the same issue whilst trying to move towards using shipping labels.  Unable to setup a new preset or edit an old one.

same problem here- can't create and save new ones- can't delete old ones!  I know how to do this.... been doing it for the last few years-it just is no longer working!  Is this a known issue?  Where can we see posted Known Issues so we don't all keep wasting time with this type of issue?

I've been looking in other Threads for something similar. And for current ones to see if others are complaining of the same issue.  I found one from December, but I don't know if this is helpful to you.  I hope so.  And there is no Announcement in Technical issues about this (so far).

Thanks, but that does not address this issue.  I'm certain this is broken and not working.  This is an issue when you are selecting your mailing label to ship an order.  We have been able to create a new label preset and save it, as well as delete label presets... don't waste your time.... Etsy this is not working!!!

Etsy this needs to be fixed ASAP. Especially with the USPS Regional Rate box changes. This is a band aid until we get our shipping setting corrected. Etsy please fix.

Hello, I am also having issues. My postage presets are not appearing on my international orders but are appearing for domestic orders. But the presets are still there in the shipping settings so I know they haven't been deleted. 

Something seems to be broken...

Having the same issue. I have saved 5 package presets, but when I'm in the process of purchasing a shipping label for an order, only 2 presets show in the drop down selection, and I'm unable to change them to show my other preset options. I'm able to put in shipping package dimensions manually, so it's not that big a deal, but a full selection of label presets would be convenient and they do save time.

I started my Etsy shop in 2007 and have been using shipping label presets since they were first available.  Just now I've prepped an order for shipping and none of the shipping label presets I've been using for years are available from the drop down menu.  They worked YESTERDAY but today they're gone.  What gives?

Mine too.  Just tried to ship items and all of my pre-set info is gone.

My presets usually automatically populate for orders but I'm having to go in and choose mine for every order

For the last few days, when trying to print a label it’s not brining my presets in and I have to manually re add all shipping info. It works fine on my laptop but mobile website and app it is not working.

I am also having this issue. For all my orders I'm trying to buy labels for, it's making me manually add the dimensions, weight, and then select a shipping option, and it's not applying or allowing me to choose any presets. Frustrating.

just today, info is not flowing through from what shipping the buyer selected to the page to purchase labels.  Ugh!

I noticed this Friday night and thought it was a glitch and would be ok the next day but it wasn't and still isn't. Time for Etsy to figure it out!

Also facing this issue! It's been this way for me for a little over a week. Relieved to see I'm not the only one, but hoping they fix this soon. It's just too much of a hassle to go in and do every order manually.

Mine are not gone, but my customer was charged the price of second class while asking that her order be shipped first class... (and my profile is set up to charge more for first class). Something is broken.

I am SO tired of all this "little" issues that Etsy is having, they are adding up and not in a good way.  How do we let them know? I never seem to get a response in a timely manner when I send a request or message. This is so dang annoying not having the pre-sets come up on order-not that I am getting many orders due to the wonderful search engine and whatever else they are messing with. Just Ugh!

I agree. My 'little' issue of my Production Partner showing up on every listing in the app(when it should only be on 8 listings) still isn't fixed after 2 years. Just an example. No ability to communicate with anyone in any productive way.

me too, and it's still ongoing. typed out a bunch of presets but they only seem to show up half the time. the label purchasing system is honestly super buggy in general, and it hardly feels like a convenience.

any 'big' action we could take to bring this to the site's staff's attention?
