Postage Labels Not Working

Hi all, every time I try and print a postage label through Etsy (Royal Mail) they are failing to download and telling me to repurchase.  This is happening for every single order I'm trying to send and has been like this for over an hour now - chat are as helpful as ever... anyone else having issues?

Same here! I just tried to purchase through Click and drop on RM website, but it's not working on there either.

Yes same issue here.  purchasing and then nothing showing in the completed tab for me to print off.  There must be a problem.  Hopefully they will get sorted before tomorrow otherwise I will have to purchase off the Royal Mail website instead.

Having the same issue as well. I tried buying directly through the Royal Mail website and it didn't go through either, but they still charged me! I called them up and they said they are aware of the issue and trying to fix it at the moment. Hopefully it will be working by the end of the day!

I went to RM website .... I have three receipts, no labels and money has not been taken.

Two I did through Paypal, whom I phoned and money hasn't been taken!

Third I did on bank card and again no money taken.

Hope I'm not in for a shock and suddenly find three payments have gone through!!
