How do you get Esty to respond to an open help ticket. It's been 4 days and nothing. I though star sellers had access to live chats but I cannot find that feature anywhere.
For Etsy chat go to your dashboard and scroll down to the lower right. The chat bubble is there. Make sure you are using a browser and not the app.

The chat button looks like a tiny square thought bubble on the Dashboard. It's way down on the bottom on the right - directly under the scroll bar.
