Postage Label

Is anyone else having difficulty purchasing a label through Etsy?  It's down and I'm wondering if anyone else is having a problem.  Please don't suggest I go to the post office to send it off.  If I do, the cost will almost double.

Oops, I just searched for this same type of post in the forums and none came up so I asked the same question.

Maybe you can buy your label direct from Canada Post website instead of through Etsy.

@JJewellerySuppliesUK - It's $7.83 Canadian through Etsy and $13.80 if I take it to the post office.  Shocking!!

@NapkinNook  someone else reported on the other thread that it seems to be labels to US destinations that are the issue, their Canadian label printed fine.

@JJewellerySuppliesUK  Not sure about everyone else however you don't get the same discount that you do through Etsy (I save almost $10 through Etsy)

Yes, hoping the issue is resolved soon. Wish Etsy would acknowledge the issue and update accordingly instead of having to scour the Forums to hear from other sellers.

I have been trying for 30 minutes to purchase a label for a Canadian address. I am going to have to give up so I can get my other orders out. US labels are working for me.

I wasn’t able to get labels yesterday and thought it would be fixed by today.  But nope, still not fixed.  I hope this fixes soon!!
