Policy violation for item that is sold by other shops without any problem!

Hi All,

I have a neon light with anime character hxh and somehow it got removed..; but I see that many shops are selling similar products.

Any idea what i did wrong? i asked support but didn't get any exact information.

PS: I listed the item as a finished product.
