I've gotten two of my listings disabled due to violating Creativity Standards, although all my items are handmade from raw materials, I am the only worker in my shop, I take my own photos and videos, etc.

When this happens, usually this mean Etsy thinks you are reselling because they have found your listing photos active on another website. File DMCA's against the seller/website and submit evidence to Etsy. It may take awhile for Etsy to get to your case, but hopefully they will see the error of their AI ways!

OP, you are not the maker in the shop, from what you have listed. You have someone else listed as a maker, someone listed as a marketer and someone listed as an assistant.
given the # of sales you've had, and the time it takes to do block printing (I have a lot of weird experience...) I would expect to see at least 5-6 other people listed as makers. Then the fabric has to be made into something, because you are selling comforters & robes etc...
so sewers, too. I'm not seeing those folks listed, either.
so, all of this, for me, comes up a bit sketchy. I'd be very sure that everything was being listed correctly and you aren't missing any pertinent details. Like who is making what. I'd normally suggest listing any production partners, but that means exclusive design, and since you are using traditional designs, you won't be able to fall back on that...as traditional designs aren't designed by you.
Just what I'm seeing, and responding to your comments about concern.
I’m confused. Your post says you are the only worker in the shop. Your About section says “We have three artisans with us who do all of this work.” Perhaps the problem is that you are neither the designer nor the maker.
