Hello and good day,

I really hope my message reaches you. I am a successful seller on Etsy and urgently need help.
Unfortunately, the support has not been available for weeks and emails are not being answered, so I am desperate and turned to you.
I am a seller on Etsy since 2021 and since a few days old listings of mine are being deleted. Supposedly I am in violation of the guidelines. I checked the policy for several days and found no violation. Now I am very afraid that they will block my account, so I cannot edit my listings at the moment, or else my account will be blocked.

I hope for an answer.

You've got listings with the barrels showing the Avengers/Iron Man and Top Gun. Unless you have the license to use those images, names, etc., that's a big problem. 

When I go to your listings description, you're giving people your phone number and telling them they can contact you on whatsapp and by phone. You're also telling people to visit your website for more variations in the first line of your description, but everything in your shop looks to also be available on your site and the listings have the same options. Etsy might be seeing these actions as fee avoidance. Just my thoughts.

Ja, ich habe die Lizenzen dafür. 

Ich brauche den Punkt gegen den ich wirklich verstoße. 

Wenn es wegen der Handynummer ist, dann entferne ich diese sofort, aber ich kann keinen versuch wagen, da sonst mein Konto gelöscht wird. Daher würde ich gerne vom Support wissen was ich von nun an ändern soll, dann mache ich das umgehend

Do you have Avengers and Top Gun images (possibly something else) on your products? If so, provide your licenses. Otherwise, they're IP infringing items.

Avengers is right on your banner. Etsy and IP holders use visual bots for possible IP infringements.

Besides, you don't have seller's protection on orders over $250 (including shipping and taxes). If such order claimed "not as described", buyer can keep the item and get a full refund from your shop.

Are the photographs you are using taken by you? 

If so, check to see if any other sites are using them. Etsy is removing listings whose photos appear on other sites.

Also, did you do a reverse-image search to see if your images are being shown on large wholesale sites? If your photos were stolen, the AI bots are detecting it, so are assuming you are reselling.

Also remove the branded booze (Jack Daniels, Jim Beam) from your photos.  The labels and possibly even the bottle shapes are trademarks.  Using their products to sell your products is an IP violation.
