Tried twice already. As mentioned earlier, the account manager assured me she would escalate my issue to the tech team. However, it's been a week since then, and I haven't received any updates.
Before you ask for another callback, update your About Profile with all your shops names.
If you choose to run multiple shops on Etsy, you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account. Each account must also comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy.
I have no idea if that could be part of the reason closed one shop but left the other open but it's worth fixing before you request a callback.
That's not my concern. I received the restoration notification and followed the instructions to click the verification link in the email, expecting to regain access. However, the system continues to report a verification issue even after clicking the link. The real issue lies in the system's failure to resolve this bug, and unfortunately, there seems to be no one willing to address it.
